Once described by someone as sounding like childhood trauma, another time by the mother of a member as music ”good for sleeping”. We think it’s rather upbeat drone-pop.
Echo Atlas
Using a loop station, drum machine, synthesizers, and guitar, Echo Atlas creates a psychedelic tapestry of sound. The extensive use of effect units produces meandering ambient textures alongside driving repetitions. What began as a solo project has evolved into a live act with the addition of an acoustic drum kit.
The 2025 released, self-titled EP combines motorik kraut, noisy psych-rock, and experimental ambient-pop passages, all interwoven with dubby echoes and clanging fuzz.
